Bella's Before and After

As promised, here are the before and after pictures of Bella's room. After seeing Jilli's, I figured I'd better get on the ball and post these.
Her crib transitioned very nicely into a full-size bed, and she's doing great in it!
The decor is way less "me" and way more "Bella!" We love that she now has a place to show off all of her art from preschool.

Luca's Before and After

Well, after Bella's room was finished, we realized what a "baby room" our little boy Luca had. Before I knew it, this project was underway. It was much simpler than Bella's room - no furniture to change. We just wanted to give him more of a "boy" room than a nursery.
Ahh... done just in time to start decorating for Christmas!!

Argh!

"Argh" just happens to be one of the only things Luca says, so I just went with it and dressed them up as pirates this year!

They both are very into pirates, thanks to The Backyardigans and Little Bill - so it was fun for them to get to actually BE pirates themselves! Keith was on Trick or Treat duty this year, as this is a huge thing in our neighborhood. I told him, "only 7 or 8 houses", and an hour and a half later they showed up with an impressive booty. (Way too much candy in pirate lingo.) Now I have to figure out what to do with all of it, because it surely isn't going into their little bodies! Okay, maybe some of it will.
